Mercury Racing 2.0L Powerhead

Mercury 2.0L powerhead, I believe it is a 1750XS, I know it was off of a tunnel boat and is all original. I bought it back in 1990 and it has been in heated storage since. We checked it inside and everything looked like brand new, looks like it had very little use even pistons looked new. It has factory fiberglass reeds (vertical), high compression heads and big rods. Never was in salt water. I am including an aluminum flywheel and carbs. If someone picks it up from me directly I will also throw in a 20" mid section that has the big port exhaust plate that matches the powerhead. $1500.

Will a 2.0 powerhead mount on a 2.4 midsection?

No, the 2.0L has the large exhaust outlets , the 2.4 engines have the smaller rectangular exhaust.

Bolt pattern I think is the same but it would be a big miss match.. Tuner probably different as well.
