Two weeks back my C3 225 Cat was dropped off and we started getting her ready for the season.

The tunnel has a step down that requires a two tear trailer bunk, we also made some steps to the deck.

For those not fimilar with this style hull, this is a C3 225 hull. 25ft, single engine 225 Etec. Top speed around 100mph. This on was made in Istanbul Turkey for the owner of Yuka Yachts and used as his personal race boat. It won a couple UIM world championships before he built his new boat fitted with a air bag system.

This was just a hull, so new tilt pump, fuel pump, bilge pumps and wiring was needed.. the key word is minimalist. I'm not installing anything not needed, K.I.S.S
Keep It Simple Stupid is my new favorite word..

With the removable fuel tank removed it's actually very roomy in the back.

Michigan weather has been pretty rainy this spring/summer so far, luckily the boat fits nicely under my EZ up.

I was told in the 100mph range, but until I get her wet its all hear say. One thing I do know is that i'll be running a
fixed height jack plate, the boats overseas run hydraulic units. C3 225 while running jack them plates to the moon
until the alarm goes off, I wont have that option. So I'm sure that will cost me some speed.. so 93/95mph is my personal guess.
