Hydrostream Draft

I am looking for a Hydrostream 15-17 ft and I don't seem to be able to find Draft info anywhere. We live in a shallow cove that is riddled with boulders 1-2 ft under the surface. The lake is also limited to 60HP, so trimmed up, what do you guys think the draft is for Viper, Ventura, Verado, Vamp, etc? Thanks.

Is it safe to assume that a bigger boat would need more draft?

They'll all be pretty similar. They will vary a great deal more with how much load you have and load positioning than hull model. A beefy guy walking to the back of the boat can increase the draft several inches.
