John's (Air&Sea) Lake and Bay with a Mercury 300XS ran 104 gps!! The sound of the boat as water hits the pad is like nothing else I've heard!! Very cool ride!

Yep. 104 is my best so far. It is a 300xs with a DBR computer.

Air&Sea, how do you like the DBR system? Worth the money? approx how much more HP are you getting out of it?

Love your Lake & Bay.

Yes it is worth it. 25 hp more, better hole shot and 3 to 4 mph faster on top end. I did just the computer and the cowling. It's a fishing boat that I need to idle well so I did not do the lightened flywheel. The flywheel will give you better acceleration but cause it to stall. I also purchased the velocity stack for the air intake and noticed no difference with our without it. In fact, the velocity stack does not stay on well (mine fell off) so I removed it.

Awesome, thanks. But it does void the warranty, correct? If so, is there any way around that?
