I saw the gear case this weekend... chris is a friend of mine.. the torque tab was ground down for a center motor app. The case is in nice shape, the parts are just a throw in.. he has no use for them he's running a sport master now.

Is it small shaft, hardened????

stock propshafts are not hardened to the spec of the cle,torqmaster, sportmaster shafts they also are 1 3/16 diameter and wont work with the big bearing carrier which is what is in the case it self ,i see no damage to shafts they are howevr not near the value of the 1 1/4 diameter stuff which are becoming nearly extinct looks like some fishing motor stuff along with hipo parts

ive built hundreds and hundreds of gear cases and ive built cle cases that were all fishing mota gears they all interchange after a fashion if your a lower unit man which is what i did when i first started this sickness (which i never recovered from ) now at the age of 70 not many surprises left . cle cases have not been in production for years and years so you use whats out there
