I just bought a 1994 Ebbtide Campione and the boat is clean. It has the 5.7 liter motor in it. I have a 21 pitch and a 23 pitch prop that came with it. My question is what would be better choice between the two? Also I have seen people with other boats swap out the shaft in the drive to put dual props on the single drive. What is the benefits of that setup?

You cant just put in a diffrent shaft and run 2 props at the same time. Its a whole diffrent outdrive system one prop turns clockwise and the other turns counter clockwise. It really "bites" the water good and steers excellent at low speeds and backs up extreamly well.
