Need a 2.4 win plate for tiller rope steering

BTW I already had a reed gasket come loose on one of the cages - gotta pull it back down - what was the sealer you recommended?

1000 sealer,yamaha tri-bond,or 3M yellow trim adhesive in the tube...aka old yeller,or gorilla snot...any of them work well,thanks,let me know,Chris
