Larry Smith (1988) Scarab, 26'. Trailer included. Asking $4,800 OBO.

Bought boat in 2009 as a project boat. Project never materialized. No time.

A solid, classic boat. Fun project.

Beware buying from this seller. I know the party whom he bought the boat from and he screwed them over with not registering the boat for years. Caused unnecessary headache. Never returned any calls, emails, etc. Also, don't let him fool you, boat is not "solid." Has water damage.

I was in the process of converting it to an open bow. None of the structure was compromised.

Can you please private message me more details. We never heard from the seller from the minute he received the funds. No reports on trouble caused with the delay in us registering the boat. Never received any phone calls or emails. Feel free to PM me or call me at 514-961-8286. The boat was surveyed for insurance purposes and never any mention of any damage. I would really like to hear back from you, especially since you say that "the boat is not solid".

Folks years ago I had a Larry Smith 28' with triple 2.4's. The engines were painful but the boat was unreal. Best hull I have ever had and it was a huge mistake to sell and not re power. This may be a project but likely worth it. OP please see the pm. Wts
