17ft blazer with 2.0l 150 need help

first off the boat runs 61 mph and i know theres plenty of more room to go.
the question i need help on is how to go about installing a low water pick up and what size prop should i run after the install
im turning a 23p Michigan rapture at 5500 but i belive the motor needs to come up and back a little more just mainly looking for yall opions on what should be done first to get it to go quicker and handle a little better
