How many super stock guys are bringing a knife to a gun fight at Mt. Pleasant, Tx. Meaning how many guys are bringing a drag with 37cc heads to run against a 260 with 26cc heads.......................I can't believe this is even happening, oh-well.......

Spoke with Ed Hess yesterday regarding the event in MP. I advised that you would be on site Friday to help with track set-up and other logistics for the event....

I'm in East texas at my Mom's today, but should be back in DFW tomorrow.

Key has got an urge to do some Offshore fishing again... the recession in the marine business as a whole has frustrated many, including Key... He's a great driver and set-up guy on the A-boats, multi time winner at ODBA and overall, just a great friend.

Captain Tubby and I are pulling on his racin' chain pretty hard, but we need some help.

Key doesn't check the message boards too often, but a phone call to his shop would be welcomed I'm sure... I'll post his numbers once I get back into town..

I spoke with Ed Hess yesterday, & i will be there friday to do the track thing, etc.
Ryan & I spoke with key yesterday, he's kinda got the same burnt out thing i'm having, maybe we went at this sport a tad too hard in 90's, tested all the time / worked on race boats when we we not at our jobs every weekend, the fishin' world group worked hard for many years, maybe it's kinda caught up with all of us, plus the traveling.......i think key is taking the year off, i'm sure he will be at mt. pleasant as support to all of us..........

There aint no tellin what that oll fox is up to. He never shows his cards until he plays um and you never know his next move until it happens. I'll enjoy watching him race instead of having to TRY to line up against him.

hey cj, good talking with ya, glad to hear we are both thinking the same thoughts, all that money for a new drag powerhead, & the class tailored toward on motor not even in production anymore, a motor that i had, was told by ODBA officials last year to get rid of & buy a drag because the rules will be tailored to the motors in production...........well guys, what happened, & if i sound bitter & like i've been lied to..........good, because i am & have been..........!
