2005 200XS 20” Shaft, 10.4 hrs, like new. Will sell with either original perfect sportmaster or JC coned torquemaster….. $9000 USD. Not used last three years.

2005 was the last year they built the Gen 1 2.5 200XS. Did you put the 10 hours on the motor? What gears are in the Torqemaster?

I believe 2006 was the last year for the Gen1, I bought it new Dec 2005, and yes I put the whole 10 hours on. Torquemaster has 1.87:1 gears

Mercury then went to sleep for a bit before they came out with the "Gen 2" ROS 2.5L 200XS in 15" only with no warranty and a $20k price tag. Owned from new is pretty cool.

I believe you refer to a few minor changes within the Gen 1's overall run IMHO. All the 5 years of the Gen 1 made 200-205 horsepower on the dyno though.

No tariff /tax to return home to USA, but they will make you get an EPA certification, before they let it in.

What year was that? Was it a GenI or GenII 200XS? Was it props shaft horsepower?

B&W tested the 2004 200xs. this is the gen 2 motor. the earlier ones are gen 1 and problem childs esp the 2001.

sorry that was the prop sharp and was done in 1994. also the review was done on a 20' Allison that max out at 85mph. my 20' voyager has seen 7.4mph on smart-craft and garmin 45gps inputs
