Merc 2.5 150 efi

I am selling a 2.5 150 efi power head for a friend. It doesn't run right. Not sure what's wrong with it but he is buying a new motor. It does run just not well. Power head will be complete. Asking $850 open to any offers

I'm in NY. I did forget to mention that this block does have a window. Cylinder # 3 I believe. It was professionally welded and sealed. But a rod did go through at some point . this motor belongs to a friend so I really don't know too much more about it.
