Laser LTV bassboat Setup? Anyone had experiece with these?

I am looking at a Laser LTV Bass Boat with a 84 200 merc that has a what I think is a Mod Vp front half, I am just curious what kind of speeds I could expect? And if any of you have had one how was it set up. right now its 6" setback and id be running a 27 SRX only cause that's what I have. I was told to run 10" setback on it but I want more Info from people who have maybe owned one.. Thanks

6 to 8 inches setback.
with coned case set prop shaft height at even with pad to start. the srx will be okay, but a 28p big ear chopper is better.

speeds with stock motor mid 80's ... with a modifed motor potential to reach 100 is there... they are light boats.
depends on how much power that 200 actually makes.
