im trying to find some red ethanol safe fuel line....efi......no luck finding any yet...push to lock hose would be great

Have you tried contacting aeroquip? Or The Hoser on here

talked to hoser yesterday.......got me lined up with a part number.....took a lil digging online and finally tracked some down. (eaton boston easy couple hose)

hoser was super helpful

Can you share, I would love red hose too, used to use aeroquip but they have since stopped making it.

hoser gave me this part #55-8696-16 for -6AN(3/8") other businesses used different part #


this is where i found -6AN....part #C1FU51 page 34

call 1 800 # at bottom of catalog

hoser has the -8AN (1/2") in stock

A little grease on the end of a needle nose pliers will do magic to soften and open them up a bit......;) You want them tight!

:iagree: and warm it up a bit with a heat gun.
Color looks ok.

The color also looks good to me. As long as is good hose I would not be so concerned about the color!

Got ya thats what I pictured in my mind.
I got some years ago from Weatherhead. Doubt it was ethanol safe. Was red red.

Might just go with a black cause its gonna drive me nuts

Your Funny, tend to get that way myself sometimes. ;):D
Check online with weatherhead, think they do online pdf catalogs, wife found me nice red fuel hose years ago when she managed the local auto parts store.
