Bobby, he is stating that it was decked to use gasket heads so I would say it was.
Sounds like a decent price if Ruck did all the work.

Dang....wish the guy I purchased this from would chime in and confirm when exactly it was done and which guy..I would like to know for sure myself. I was told Ruck, and at the time I didn't know there was a someone taking his place.

Did he give you the work sheet? Ruck always sent a sheet with the parts.
Just trying to help.

Would there be any advantage to running those 245 carbs on a 2.5 200 with cut heads and a cut front half over the 200 carbs? Or would it just be too much?

Ron purchased the business did not really TAKE over till late '13/early'14 and Jim was (and kinda is) still workin there part time and has overseen pretty much everything that was going out of the shop till recently. I know Ron sucks at answering/returning phone calls but I haven't heard of him turning out chit work....if someone has an issue that isn't in their favor I could possibly be of assistance and would be willing to lend a hand to a fellow S&F brotheran

i dont make stuff up, it was just what i said two shxxxxty blocks at 675. each, i know Jim very well i could tell instantly i was not from him the date does not matter on my issue the number two guy did them jim told me he did and tried to convince me they would be ok , i would not accept it had my new number one guy fix them thats the whole unaltered story , like i said that water is under the bridge and out in the ocean ,

Well I wasn't calling you a liar at all....I was just saying what I knew. Maybe Ron was gettin a few out when Jim wasn't around. Like you said we must move on I guess......the true ubber anal craftsmen cant live and work forever eh!
