Oil injection removal on a merc 115

Looks somewhat similiar to a V6, can anyone tell me if I need a block kit. Do I need to remove the drive gear??????

These are good oil systems. They don't run the plastic gear like the V6. Some still perfer to mix and will just loop the oil line from fuel pump back to tank.

That is how I do it on all non-v6 Merc's....I drill a hold at the top of the oil tank and put a rubber grommet in and then the hose from the oil line from the fuel pump...kind of acts like a recylcing pump...no alarms, nothing to remove and everything is still there if you want to sell it and go back to stock for the buyer....Best of all worlds in my book......
