This is my first time posting on this forum so forgive me if this is in the wrong section. Ive tried to post my question on sidewinder boats forum however their registering page has been disabled for some time. Seeing how this is a website with a lot of knowledge I figured I would see what advice could be given if any. Boat is a 1970 Cheetah 16S (a sidewinder clone) that my uncle boat years ago and stored in a friends warehouse. When we moved here to Indiana he had someone deliver it and we started working on it. During the tear down phase he passed away and my aunt sold it. I found it and bought it back and have replaced the transom, floor, stringers and anything else you may think of with the exception of the windshield. Some time somewhere along the way the frame to the windshield was slightly bent (I believe its aluminum although its not that easy to bend) and I would like to straighten it. Obviously if bent too much it may break however I'm still curious if it can be done at all and if so, how. I typically do things myself but if there is a place that can straighten it, i would be more than willing to pay for someone else to do it. Thank you for any help, Its greatly appreciated!
