Friend has a 2011/2012 250 PRO XS for sale. Engine was built in late 2011 but listed as a 2012 engine. Only has 93 freshwater hours and 1.75 torque master lower. Also has extended Mercury warranty until Nov 2016. Located in Western Pennsylvania just north of Pittsburgh. Asking $13000!

We have a 2004 or '05 250 XS 20" TM Case we believe, from memory. It has Fresh pistons & rings and has not been run. It was down on compression and we just had it freshened for resale and it has not been through break in yet.

We bought it in 2008 with lower hours out of Salt Lake City, Nevada on a repo'd 1998 203 Champion. We used it for test work, freshened it for sale and will sell complete or off the boat.

We don't know the numbers though look it up on NADA and let us know if your interested.
