One owner, 28" cut. pull start, always 1st or second pull. 2005 model, 12.5 IC Briggs. Includes mulching kit. I have seen them advertised for as much as $700, S and F price is $300.00. Garage kept. It has been a great mower. Hoping one of the Florida boys takes this off my hands. I don't think many are thinking about cutting grass up your way. Lol
