Can this be used to run a 25 inch outboard on a 20 inch transom??

If not, what can I use?

it sold but you would need a plate with pre-jack built into it. call hydro dynamics

Get one for me. Easier said than done. None in my area, the closest ones are almost always a 25" and usually 40-50 percent less in price.

I can get 25" 150hp optis with 135-145 psi compression and less than 5 percent leak down guaranteed to run strong for 2500-3500. 200hp optis for a little more.

You can get me 20" 150-300 optis or other HPDI tested with under 5 percent leakdown for those prices?
