Looking recommendations for a good High content solids heavy fill primer for fiberglass. Lots of very small imperfections I don't want to putty and fill.
Thanks

X-2 Great stuff sands great and will fill 40 grit sand scratchs. Use it for tooling as well as refinish work.

Duratec high build prmer 714-002 ( white ) and can be applied up to 50 mill's wet on wet $ 72.41 a Gallon which is cheaper then Evercoat and a far better product that is commonly used at most boat co's today which comes in Black , Dark Grey , Light Grey , Purple , & white , which i prefer , and is good above & below the water line . http://expresscomposites.com/duratec1.html Quick mention that the price show on this link is wrong with the new price once again being $ 72.41 a Gallon . http://duratec1.com/duratec/?s=714-002 http://duratec1.com/duratec/?page_id=92

What I have done in the past id add Q cells to the 2 pot paint mix along with acetone to use as a thinner and sprayed that !! the acetone evaporated very quickly and the q cells gives a good easy sand able coat and when you sanded it flat the finish off with the 2 pot undercoat but without the Q cells !! works a treat with Duratek as well ! but need a 2 pot paint system !!
