Omc 3.3 and 3.0 looper question

Hi, can someone please tell me if you can bolt a 3.3 litre OMC on a 3 litre midsection ? And secound question , is the 3.3 litre front half the same as a 3.0 litre ?? Thanks in advance. Chris Edwards
