Where did this boat come from ? was it originally from Illinois, sold to a guy in Oklahoma I think ?? is there a skull ( or was there ) on the rear of the engine cowl ?

I got boat out of Tenn. John posted the pictures of the boat before he put wrap on do not know were he got mid section from. we bought boat without powerhead. thanks
