Needing swim platform or step suggestions

I've just acquired a Talon 25 stern drive and I'm trying to figure out what all you guys are doing to board when you've decided to go for a dip. Diamond Performance has these (http://www.diamondperformanceparts.com/product.php?productid=17030) swim platforms, but man they're proud of them. I didn't know if most of you were using a similar solution or something removable that might not be as convenient.

Any input and/or pics preferable with manufacturer info would be greatly appreciated.

Armstrong ladders work well or have a Custom Aluminum Fabricator make you one as we do . Not plugging just trying to help .
