looking for a project tunnel boat

Good friend of mine is looking for a project boat. Looking preferably a stoker, hydrostream, sleekcraft, or etc. Will consider any thing reasonably priced. Hopefully in the eastern half of U.S.

Ive got a 21' daytona eliminator project hullComes with hot foot, th shifter, setback, usable windscreen, really nice full sunbrella cover, decent trailer, wiring for merc, full set of livorsi red and carbon gauges.
Has a 2" hole in left port sponson from bad core in same area where a srew was ran into core ages ago and rotted out. Transom is perfect core in rest of boat is perfect, just bad in a 2'x8" wide section in that one area.
Boat is a full stringer super light layup.
