Stock 225 pro max tps setting

Hey All,

anyone remember the stock tps reading/setting on a 96 225 PM with A32 box. I have to sync one today and I cannot recall. What do you guys set idle timing at, I usually set em up at 0 but what's your thoughts.

TPS is .2 to .3 Vdc at idle and ~7.4 at WOT. Idle timing I use is ~ 4 degrees ATDC. I don't think the A32 is the stock box for a 96 promax, but that should not affect the settings.

Thanks, No The motor was a 99 and it was a mercury reman and they must have swapped with another block or just got another p/h it is date stamped 11/96. I just found the issue JUNK freaking stators. One of the charge windings was GREY. I should have know when I seen both regulators had been changed but the stator was still stock.

.24-.26v is where tps should be. I like to be close to 0 on timing.
