Yes it is for the modvp. The drag engine that is on it runs great and is very strong. But for my lake use not so much. I like to ride. I took it out last week for my river run I like to do and in that 16 mile run it burned 20 gallons. That is twice what my 25 Hustler with twin 300xs's burns for both engines!

I feel your pain. The horn motors really like the fuel. I took one to the Rally on Watts Bar and worried about running out of fuel from the get go. Takes away from the fun.
