in control makes a 2 in 1 gas pedal, pretty nice. i installed one in a 24 skater we have here

Me too, land & sea foot throttle. Not sure you can do it on a hot foot, maybe modified.

Here is how mine is setup, one cable from hotfoot to a set of alum. plates that sandwich the 2 cable's going to the motors

Sure it can be done! Buzzin's pic is one way of doing it. If $ is object In-Control is a great pedal!
With a little alteration to the pedal boss and cable plastic retainers you can put both cables directly to the pedal also.
If you are asking about the In-Control, yes, they still make them and are sold by Diamond Marine 954 525 2600 or CP performance in CA.
FYI, if you go In-Control you will need to change the cables.
