2.0 Black Max cowl options.

Have a 80 to 81 2.0 Black Max with the clam shell cowl. I have been searching on what fits these things and come up short on all the different ways I tried to word my search. I actually am getting a 2.5 XRi cowl from another forum member. The cowl design is aesthetically similar but will it fit, getting both upper and lower of course? If it doesn't bolt on has someone done some fabrication to make one fit?

Picked up a beautiful XRi cowl from a member here. I would not be afraid of putting this on my showroom floor. It didn't come with the brackets so I picked up a set of front and rear mounts, the rear mount looks like it bolts up fine. The front is another beast in its own. Does anyone have a picture how the front mount bolts up on the XRi/XR6/XR2? Does the front mount need to be modified to fit the newer drop on style cowl to an older 2.0?
