I'm getting fired up to go smell some race fuel, and hear some noise! Anybody else getting ready? Turning wrenches to get my junk running right today and heading out tomorrow, staying on longboat key for 5 days. Will have my Stream on the trailer and my 27 footer in the water. Should be some great weather for being out on the water....:D:thumbsup::reddevil:

I am planning on coming up to the dry pits Friday afternoon. The boat parade is Thurs night but likely will get rained out.
If I can get a group together that wanted to run up from Venice and watch the race I would put the CC in the water. Its going to be HOT!!!!

Bimini top up and wash down hose running full blast for the whole race to keep the deck cool.......

I'm planning on going out, but the weather forecast thus far says rain... so we'll see

We can take mine if you want. Just need to bolt up the new alternator.

That's what I had to replace yesterday on my opti. Original 2005 alternator, so can't bitch too much...

I will be there in the 222 Aquasport with the largest T-Top known to mankind. Its going to be hot as it gets but I have been going to that race since I was 12 years old and its never been cool out. Always about the hottest time I can remember.. So I had a idea and I got with Ryan Beckley in the S-11 Skater from Doubledge Motorsports and he put my logo on his boat for the July 4th race!! Man I am proud of that and sure hope it helps get my name out a little more.... It looks cool and Ryan Beckley and all those guys are just about the nicest down to earth guys you would ever want to meet.
