No, I'm not sure, that's the way I received them. I'm assuming they were just cleaned up but I don't know for sure. If someone wants to buy them, bolt them up and check compression I would give their money back if the compression is too high (as long as they don't start and run the motor).

Did you sell these? Hard to see from the picture but are the bevels still cut in the chambers??
