Yeah it looks like it was brought up from the deep...lol. but someone might have a deep hull boat requiring a 25" i bought the motor for the flywheel stator and rotor, and now have the controls for $175 they have power connection and throttle and shift cables i assume long enough for 18-20 foot boat and Lower Unit for $375 plus the ride on each. (Lower was off a 200 hp) JIM
