So how do you move into a state that has motor titles if you have a motor with no title ? My state doesnt require them. How do they handle blocks with no serial numbers?

I guess I would google that states' DNR and DMV and call them directly. We don't have motor titles in MN either.

Just don't title it. Most people I know don't.

In oklahoma you just have to have a bill of sale and I just did a merc with the vinyl tag thats on the swivel. I would ASSUME that you could also stamp numbers on a block (make up like a social number) but they don't check that (the block numbers) I don't think that they actually know what they are looking for.

I know when I lived in South Carolina there was a requirement to title . I dont know if thats just so they could charge personal property tax or not. As it stands now in Oregon I don't need a title for my trailer or motor nor do I get taxed on any of this stuff.

If your current state doesn't title motors, the new state you're moving to knows that as well and will not require it. You may have to turn in pictures of the motor and the vin sticker with your paperwork. Shouldn't be a problem.
