140K, fresh rebuild on the tranny & top end on 5.3. Good hard parts in the tranny (4L60E) and should be able to handle north of 500hp. 2800 stall with full lockup. Engine has cut heads and Comp XR265HR cam, LS6 springs, Manley pushrods. Runs strong and has a good tune in it, set up for premium gas. Fresh parts stemmed from a TON of brass in the tranny pan and I was using a touch of coolant. Found the bushings had gone from one of the planetarys and the head gaskets were toast. Was a great project and it's been done right.
Truck is in very good shape especially for being in IL most of it's life. Very little rust, just bubbles on both wheel wells on bed and a few bubbles on drivers cab corner. Leather heated buckets inside, drivers & passengers showing a little wear. 2" lift (keys front, bags rear), new 285's, new shocks, new ball joints & new tie rods. Good brakes & just replaced RR caliper. All fluids have been changed/flushed. No converters & single 40 series flowmaster muffler with single exit tailpipe placed like the 2500HD trucks. I'm the thrid owner, bought from 2nd owners widow last year and he had it since 2001.
I'm still working out a couple bugs in the tune but will be complete in the next couple days. $8500 located in central IL. Title in hand. Strong runner and VERY fun to drive. I had no plans of selling but I went back to one vehicle (vs car & truck) and bought a new truck.
