I have a 2006 225 optimax, that when i try to start will not fire. I have fuel pump noise when i turn the key on,I have checked fuses, swapped relays,checked and disconnected safety kill switch and neutral switch.Still will not fire up. Techo stays on zero when cranking over.
This engine was working fine 2 weeks ago the boat sits outside with a cover over boat and engine, we had alot of rain in the week before but everything seemed to be dry.
I have a fully charged battery on it have replaced earth lead to a heavy duty one,have checked the compressor seems fine.I have checked with volt meter volts at fuses i only get 12v on 2 of the fuses when i first turn the key on then when i crank it over i lose all voltage to it.I have the buzzer making a slight noise when i am cranking it over.
Any ideas of what maybe the problem will be greatful
