The engine seems to crank and idle fine. When you give it gas under a load it won't go. You can idle around all day. I have checked all the fuel filters and it appears to be getting plenty of fuel. Pulled the plugs and they are all wet with fuel. Looking for things to check. Thanks for any suggestions.

I'd be curious if the timing is advancing.

I checked the primer lever and it was in the wrong postion. Corrected that and put new spark plugs in and still want take any gas. Does the VRO have any safety features that would shut the engine down to an idle. There is no smoke at all when you start it up. The compression is 100-110 on all cylinders. Looking to see what to check next. Thanks for your help.
