i look at that pic of the back porch at the resort and i can hear the blender that soon will render the frozen concoction that will help me hang on :D

i love instigators blender with all the boat related stickers on it :D

Always wanted to make the trip. I did not know our kind of boats were practical there. But after looking at the pictures they must be. Hell of a road trip but I am making plans.

home to "pretty boats and fast women!" ;) thats a bit far off, hell this weekend seems far off, and its thurs. i'm sure i could make the scene, last time by the end of the day after that humidity and walkin a mile or so in waist deep water (belive me it ain't like walkin down the driveway) it was all i could do to trailer the boat park walk some more ( only about a bazillion miami partygoers at holiday isle and 200 parking spaces) get a whole chicken from the bbq joint, hit the A/C, eat n crash. a daquori may have been nice but that heat is like an oven and 72deg. cool air was all i could handle, and sunburn? SON, you better wear a long sleeve shirt! and after all that, it's still the most KILLER place i've ever boated in my LIFE! :p :p :p fun gonna dream about it tonight i hope!

Nice Skater, How does it run? What prop are you running?

I got a 32 Spinelli Cleaver for starters (cause I got it at a good price). But I hear the best props are semi cleaver 4 blades.

I'd move down there in a heart beat, the problem is, I'm in law enforcement, I'm 6 years into the NJ pension, and I just can't comprehend the smaller paychecks as they compare to the cost of living down there......Plus my wife is in school, and I have too damn much stuff. Finding a job a place to live and a place to put all my stuff in the interum would be costly.

Sup 100plus? The boat is'nt a skater, it'sa copy called an xtreme. The boats are built here in miami. They are built much lighter than the skaters. For power we are using 300x's and the prop i am using is, get this a 15 1/4x30 four blade lab finished bravo. Dont knock it if you have'nt tried it. The boat has been 101 with that prop.

I wasn't able to get the attachement that you posted. But I'd love to see it if you could try again.

Question: What kind of RPMs are you turning? What's your top speed? If it's lighter than a Skater, I would think you would need at least a 32 since Skaters with regular Pro Max 300s spin 32s no?

I thought it was a copy, by the windshield. What type of steering are you running? I see a left side ram. Is there a ram on the right too?

100plus, so far the top speed is 101 @ 6600 or there abouts. you would think that the engine guardian system would kick on @ 6600 but i've twisted 7 grand befor it kicked in. As for the steering the pic got flopped when i posted it. The steering is from marine machine and it is mounted only to the right side {one ram, seastar helm}. As for the prop I dont care what other people spin. That prop works great on my boat. I have found that the real hp props make it extreamly hard to steer and dont plane for sh-t. they are fast but suck all around.

in relation to the sandbar, bayside? dockage? ramp? if we have to trailer, how far from rooms? we stayed at holiday isle last time, absolute ZOO! never again. i haven't had any real fun this year, i'm due! **** i may just go and stay, already found a job. ;) fun out.

i wont be ready in time for this deal, got to get a lower built for the talon, got a borrowed one right now but really hate to run it, dont want to bend, break, blow it but it did get me out last sunday for a good day of boating
