Mercury laser 2.4 XRI Modify

here i am... srs, i have in my hands the mercury laser 2.4 220hp... and i have many questions... beggining with this one:

It is posible to modify the air intake and move the EFI to the side as the 2.5 hi perf , and install the race intake??298276

Yes you can. I just put a bridgeport front on a 2.4 mod vp block. So far so good. Great throttle response. Got to put a few more hours it before I can tell u how it does at WFO.
