Anybody see it? Early 60's chrome wrap around cowling and front cover with late 60's red Merc decals

Was it a 200hp or was it a 20 hp? Was it a Merc design concept? Sounds like a great idea- rebirth of the Water Harleys.

WOW
Is that crazy
I like the Idea but not sure if thats the way to do it.
Im sure the cost is the reason but if your gonna do it do it so it doesnt look like a plastic cowl with tacked on graphis.
I do like the effort and the thought! merc is on the right track but still needs work.

Not a bad attempt- but the engines that this should apply to are the big 4 inlines 115-125. The look would be much closer to reality. But then again- the last chrome cowl was on the 1960 35 hp models. The 55- 59 all 4 and 6 cly models had the chrome cowls. Up until 63- the Mercury name appeared on the top cowl.

Still I think it would look great on the tall 4 inlines

I love it!
Can you get it with a direct drive lower unit and the real cool pistol grip shifter like my mark 75.

I think it is way cool, even if it is just a stick-on, but maybe I'm just getting old;) Is it currently available? or just a show piece?
