mercury outboard 2.5 motor 7 petal front with pumper carbs

needs lower port side piston and probably a bore to clean cylinder. all parts from motor included fly wheel etc .
this is a 200 hp. I believe 1991 or 92 with a 7 petal front ..and pumper carbs . the port cylinder head is missing it was damaged anyway
its a 25 inch leg but I have a 20 leg that I would trade for the 20 inch .
