Smartcraft 79-8789897-B26

I have been looking for some Smartcraft gauges and ran across some tachometers with part number 79-879897-b26 but Google searches have turned up nothing. Does anyone know what vintage these would be and what they would work on? I have a set of 2006 Optimax that I would want to use these on.
