Need to know what proper compression should be on 1996 Mercury 250 EFI. No one seems to know. Does anyone have a shop manual handY?? ....Help!

most merc service manual dont list compressions,,your best bet is to use a leak down tester... see the piece by llaker in this forum....Suzuki sells a good one in there service tools..snap and mac sell them to, but they'll drain you back pocket,,:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

i'll try to remember to look it up at school tomorrow. But if you want a leakdown tester you have to go with Balzy's. excellent buy. Lata Travis:cool:
