anyone have info regarding "In Control" products, specifically their shifter. I am on the west coast and have searched the web and can only find them at CP performance for $300+ and Teague Marine for $600+  Was hoping some of you might have a better source, thanks

I don't know the best source, but I've got one in one of my STV's and it's a first class piece.

Try Rickracer, if he can get them he'll have the lowest price. And it seems there isn't much he can't get.

I bought one from In-Control and had it installed in my Valero YT. Nice piece. Cant wait to get to use it. It will be so much nicer than the legacy mercury shifter/throttle/trim (only the shifter was being used).

I thought I had seen another online boat site selling them now too. Sorry I dont remember. I'm sure Rickracer could get you one.

Here is the In-Control (http://www.incontrolequipment.com/) link.

If I remember correctly, they are about $270 or so. Email the shop, and Barb will hook you up with a price.

I have that shifter, and the foot throttle in my boat. As far as I'm concerned, it's one of the best quality components you can buy.

Rickracer is a top-notch person to deal with too!

I have the shifter, foot throttle and matching foot trim switches on my boat. This is my second boat with his equipment and I must say it is outstanding quality both new and after several years of use. My old boat (which I no longer own) has 11 seasons of use with zero problems on any of the In-Control components.
