Still running a Promax 225 on the house boat , I talked to you about that motor several years ago maybe 4 yrs. Fresh Promax should run strong Good Luck !!

Yeah its still on the houseboat. Doesn't serve much purpose on there. That big slug will only go so fast. It really hit me when I went to a lake last year with 60' houseboats on it that had 90HP engines on them. That 225 seems like real over kill after seeing that.
