This boat was for sale in the upper keys, last year for about $55K. Here are a few pics of the one we sold last year for $65K. You be the judge.

Wow, quad 300XS w/Torquemasters? What speeds could that wave crusher do with 1200 ponies? Someone got a very nice deal for $55,000.

You stand about as much of a chance of getting 150k as you do 92k....

I think everybody here understands the science behind capitalism, supply and demand, profit margin ect. Maybe you could clarify two things. Is this indeed the same boat that was for sale last year at 55k? What method have you used to determine fair market value for the boat? No one is going to say a negative word about a guy trying to make a buck. The problem comes in when someone asks a great deal of money for a vessel, automobile or whatever that is way over and above what the fair market value is. Now, since I am not a buyer and seller of boats, I have nothing to say at this point in regard to your asking price. I won't speak for others, but it appears that some people who do have knowledge of the fair market value have already commented. So, it is really simple, where did you obtain the information that set your selling price and did you price it at market value? If, and I can only say if, you priced it at 130% of its market value, you will get some dirty looks. Or, you may get lucky and find a fellow with more money than sense. But, I will tell you, the guys around here are pretty wealthy when it comes to cents. And, yes that was my pun on words for the day. Peace, out!

I recall this boat was converted from trips to quads by an owner in MD several years back. He put alot of work into the boat and came up with that great emblem idea. What's the HIN? I'd be interested to know what MIC it has?

I find it a bit funny when people worry what others are asking.Ten years ago ever chump thought making $25hr entitled them to a new truck, new boat and every other toy a guy can imagine. The same folks want to blame the economy for loosing there home they used ash a cash machine. You be amazed what you can buy for actual cash now days.I do give props to the banks/delearships for making new ways to finance people beyond what they should.I'll just sit back laughing making money off fools and there's.Good luck on the sale.Half the guys whineing about your price can't so much as pay for a tank a gas.

"When it absolutely....." This was not the Company logo. The whole logo was mad up by the guy who lived in Maryland and refurbed the boat. The original company that made these boats was seized by the U.S. Customs Service in the 80's and as part of the criminal forfeiture the company had to finish off several boats in production which were forfeited to Customs and put into service as quad outboard interceptors. The Customs boats had quad OB's.

Actually...It wasn't his idea at all. He didn't dream it up. A well seasoned offshore powerboat builder on OSO gave the slogan to him, back when he first bought the hull & deck. And he got it from someone that came up with it on his own, who worked as a rigger for him, and had some original "Midnight Express" experience. There are very few "original" ideas out there in the South Florida offshore powerboat world.
