I have an almost new 28. No PVS holes and the only blemish is a light scratch from sitting in the garage with my other props. It does not have any exhaust color and only a couple hours run time.

375 shipped or 350 picked up.

I also have another one with dual PVS holes along with some leading edge dings. That I would rate a 6.
