What hub kit would you use on a chopper 2, on a stock 200 lower solid or rubber

If you allway's shut the engine down to shift, and don't do allot of idleing, you could use solid.Otherwise rubber, and cross your fingers!

Chopper 2 is a flo-torq hub and can be run with big or small shafts. I guessing you have a small prop shaft on that 200 so you want to look for a small HP steel hub kit. If you need the # 835258Q 2. You can also use the plastic insert flo-torq kit.

No! When you say a Chopper 2 propeller it does not come with a pressed in rubber hub like a regular Chopper does. The Chopper 2 can be used on any size shaft so you are not committed to a small shaft!
This is what the hub area looks on a Chopper 2 prop that you can insert what ever hub you want, large or small!

I got you.. So that hub kit allows me to use it on small shaft like a regular old type rubber hub prop ?

Correct!
Those stock 200's should be idling low so shifting should not be a big deal like on a HP motor! Just make sure the idle is set as lows as possible.
BTW, it will never hurt and it will always help the LU to shut down and then shift, need to get used to it though.

Mercury kit 835257K6 should work. This is the one with the black delrin insert and forward bushing for surfacing propellers. After researching this a little I think the choppers actually take a longer sleeve than this kit. The one I showed is for Tempest, Fury, Trophy, Rev4, and Bravo One. Sorry for the confusion.
