Can you get a reliable 200ish hp from a V4 looper?

Can you get a reliable 200ish hp from a V4 looper?
and race with SST120/F1Sport powered rigs?
( ok thats 2 questions)

and use a stock front half

more comp, finger ports, change of porting required for power at 7500ish?

I don't think you will get 200 hp at 7500. You prob have to spin it harder. But yes I think you can. It's pretty common seeing 300+++ v6 looper so 200 out of a v4 is reasonable. Reliable?? Depends on your definition.

Send a block to one of the pro builders Im sure they could get more out of it then the old SST. Motec, 3.3 sleeves, e-tec front... The list goes on...

I will send the block to someone, was just asking if I can get there with a stock looking engine and livable RPM, circuit racing not drag racing.
( Etec front is gunna be a bit of work, cut and shut a V6 one?)
