Outboard Exchange in Waterford Connecticut ?

Hey guys what do you know about Outboard Exchange in Waterford Connecticut? Has anyone bought an outboard from them? Could you recommend them?

They are less than a mile from my house. I drive by the place everyday and have never pulled. Piles of old boats and motors all over the place. I was told they sell containers of old used outboard stuff to guys in the islands.
I will check them out in the next few days. What are you looking for?

Hey Kirk, They are a good place, they have all kinds of parts imaginable and a lot of motors re-done in the front, but you will pay top dollar for them. As another option, fellow Scream and Fly Member and Outboard Mechanic Russ Johnson has a 100HP Merc he just re-built, 0 hours on it for sale as well, located in CT about 20 min from Outboard Exchange. They are a good company I am on long Island and bought some parts from them and they went out of there way to load a pallet onto the ferry for me to pick up on my side. (Ferry Guys were good to deal with also). They were fair with there prices also, Dont know about complete motors but I am sure they will stand behind what they sell.
