Complete Nydahl steering

I am taking the Nydahl cable steering off of my STV RR I have all the pullies and a brand new set of wingplate pullies and Heim joints also has wingplates that are powder coated anodized Red It is still in the boat so the only pics I have are of the wingplated for a Mercury 2.5 $500 OBRO plus the ride thanks James

Is the helm hollow by any chance, like the Allison, for trim?
